We collaborate with courier partners such as Uber, Stuart, and Addison Lee for same-day or future deliveries. However, if you have your own delivery drivers you can still use Slerp to accept online orders and sell directly to your customers.

How much does it cost to use Slerp?

Do you support customer queries?

Yes, we provide end-customer support for delivery orders booked through our own dispatch platform. Customers can access support via a Live Chat button in their order confirmation email. Our team assists with various issues, including order status checks, delivery problems, and quality concerns
